Artist Statement
I enjoy experimenting with various mediums. The variety of styles and techniques expressed in my work is a representation of my inability to conform. No two pieces are alike,  specifically to embody the diversity of people in everyday life. A recurring theme of a few of my compositions aim to explore the world in a way that no one else does. My inspiration comes from everyday struggles in my life of being different and embracing it as well as quirks and obsessions of mine.
A recent theme of my work includes women's issues and my experience as a mixed race minority. I am passionate about these two topics as an empath to others' experiences as well as my own in each area. I believe art puts an importance on the individual's perspective and I appreciate how others having similar experiences can relate through a visual capacity.
